These rooms enable the hall to host various types of events and performances.
Peking University Overseas Exchange Center

The Center for International Exchange meticulously manages the Yingjie Exchange Center Building, consistently dedicated to creating high-standard venues for conferences and events, providing premium reception services, and establishing an excellent platform for the university's major international exchange activities as well as academic and cultural exchanges among professors and scholars. On average, the center serves approximately 3,000 meetings and events annually, accommodating around 300,000 guests, which provides strong support for Peking University to align itself with world-class universities.
Since 2019, the Center for International Exchange has been responsible for the operation, maintenance, and regular services of four venues: Packard Apartments, Tizhai, Daoting, and Courtyard 55 in Yannan Garden. Starting from 2022, it has undertaken office services, public area maintenance, and important conference support for the Administrative Building and Hongsi Building, along with the management and services for the Zhibaizi Garden venue that is soon to be put into use.
The Center for International Exchange places great emphasis on fostering service awareness. In conference venue services, it prioritizes enhancing service consciousness and offers tailored venue services for meetings of different types and scales. This ensures that meetings with diverse specific needs can achieve their desired outcomes. Through its "Six-Star Service" philosophy of "serving guests before they speak," the center has earned an outstanding reputation widely praised both on and off campus.
